Apartment search

The best way to choose the apartment is the personal visiting, we can show you the apartments flexibly. If you are in abroad either you can ask any of your local friend to visit apartments behalf of you, or you can ask to set up some days for apartment visiting with any of our agents for that some days when you can come to Budapest. If you can not come for visiting we try to give you a realistic view of the apartment via email by photos, descriptions, in some case the contact of the former tenant to make your choise easier.
In our listings we state and feature with orange color the earliest availablity date of each apartment - just in case if it is not available immediately.

Apartment reservation

Mainly it is possible to reserve the apartments in advence. Booking can be realized by personaly, or by email and bank transfer as well - it is useful when you are not in Budapest.

Our offers

In the new developments menu we list apartments of some new or renewed buildings.

Our offers cathegorized by apartment type:
• from IKEA standard apartments to luxury apartments,
• 2-4 separate bedrooms, well-equipped apartments optimalized for students needs,
• studio and 1 bedroom apartments, preferred by singles, young couples,
• apartments in new buidlings, or in rental buildings, even with high-end amenities (indoor-pool, gym..),
• large, more bedrooms apartments arranged for families (diplomats, expats); residental + home office combined function apartments.
• rooms in student apartments.

Our offers cathegorized by rental term:
• well-equipped apartments or rooms for 1-10 months, for 1-2 semesters, usually these are rented by international students, expats, teachers,
• but mainly our apartments are available for long term, which means at least 12 months.
