Our service is free for home-seekers.

Apartment Search

The best way to choose an apartment is the personal visiting, we can show you the apartments flexibly. If you are in abroad either you can ask any of your local friend to visit apartments behalf of you, or you can ask to set up some days for apartment visiting with any of our agents for that some days when you can come to Budapest.
If you can not come for visiting we try to give you a realistic view of the apartment via email by photos, descriptions, and in some case with the contact of the current tenant to make your choise easier.

Apartment Booking

Mainly it is possible to reserve the apartments in advance.
To book the apartment we ask to sign the rental contract and to pay half of the security deposit.
Booking can be realized by personaly, or by email and bank transfer as well.
